JUDGMENT

The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of Ext. P2 representation. The same is filed seeking to implement D3 circular of the State Transport Authority.

I direct the respondent to consider Ext. P2 representation and take the proceedings to a logical end. Ext. P1 proceedings shall be enforced accordingly within a period of one month.
