JUDGMENT

The regular permit granted to the petitioner is yet to be issued. The petitioner has in the meanwhile filed Ext.P3 application for temporary permit.

I direct the respondent to consider Ext.P3 application with notice to the petitioner. The same shall be done within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The ensuing Deepavali festival and Sabarimala pilgrimage season shall be borne in mind while passing orders.

The writ petition is disposed of.
