JUDGMENT

Two timing conferences have been held on 3.6.2015 and 28.10.2015 to issue the varied permit. The petitioner if aggrieved by the time slot alloted to him can invoke the statutory remedy under Sec.90 of the Motor Vehicles Act to the Tribunal.

The writ petition is dismissed without prejudice to the right as above.
