J U D G M E N T

The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of Ext.P3 application for temporary permit. The same deserves to be dealt with under Section 87(1)(c) of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.

2. I direct the respondent to consider Ext.P3 application with notice to the petitioner. The same shall be done within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
