JUDGMENT

The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of Ext. P3 application for issuing a undertaking certificate. The petitioner relies on Ext.P4 judgment in W.P.(C). No. 27805/2015.

I direct the second respondent to consider Ext. P3 application with due advertance to Ext. P4 judgment. The same shall be done within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The writ petition is disposed of.
