JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court pursuant to the rejection of the request to effect mutation of Exhibit P1 document.
2. It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the Revenue officials have refused to effect mutation on account of the attachment effected by the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Kochi.
This Court is of the view that without prejudice any attachment effected on the property, transfer of Registry shall be effected. It is made clear that the mutation will be effected with attachment and it can only be lifted in accordance with law.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
