JUDGMENT

Ashok Bhushan, C.J.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to the 4th respondent in view of the order which is being passed.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for police protection. Petitioner's case is that the 4th respondent along with her men have trespassed into the residential house of the petitioner and are unnecessarily harassing the petitioner. It is submitted that Ext.P2 complaint was submitted to the police.

3. Learned Government Pleader after obtaining instructions submits that, after receipt of a complaint, both the parties were called and found that certain financial transaction is there between the petitioner's husband and 4th respondent and petitioner owes some money to the 4th respondent. Learned Government Pleader further submits that the 4th

WP(C) No. 33519 of 2015 -:2:- respondent has also been summoned and police have advised the parties to get their dispute settled by approaching competent civil court.

Considering the facts of the present case and submissions made, we do not find it as a fit case to issue any direction as prayed for. The Writ Petition is closed. Ashok Bhushan, Chief Justice.
