JUDGMENT

Petitioner was included in the rank list of class IV employees dated 06.08.2014 by way of appointment by transfer. Petitioner submits that she is working as a permanent labourer in the Cropping Systems Research Centre, Karamana from 2009 onwards under the first respondent-Agricultural University. It is further submitted that respondent-University decided to appoint permanent employees in clause IV post by way of transfer. Accordingly, interview was conducted and 230 candidates were included in Ext.P1 rank list. Petitioner submits that there are more than 124 vacancies at present and University has not taken any steps for filling up the vacancies. Petitioner approached the University by Ext.P2 representation. But the said representation has not been considered by the University so far.

In view of pendency of Ext.P2 representation, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
