J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has not started receiving monthly pension even though he is in receipt of other terminal benefits. The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext.P2 representation which is pending consideration with the second respondent.

2. It is open to the petitioner to make a motion before the second respondent by an appropriate application seeking disbursement of the monthly pension. Any motion made in that regard within one month from today shall be dealt with by the second respondent within two months therefrom. The second respondent shall explore the possibility of disbursing provisional pension to the petitioner pending final action on the basis of the representation directed to be disposed of.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
