J U D G M E N T

Shaffique, J.

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking police protection alleging threat from respondents 3 and 4 and obstruction in the matter relating to conduct of a unit by the petitioner. An interim order had already been passed by this Court on 15/12/2014.

It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that during the pendency of the writ petition, no untoward incident had been reported. Learned counsel for respondents 3 and 4 would further submit that directions had already been issued by this Court as per Ext.P2 interim order dated 24/11/2014 in WP(C) No.31302/2014 directing the Municipality as well as the Pollution Control Board to conduct periodical inspection in the premises of the petitioner.

Be that as it may, since no untoward incident has been

W.P(C) No.33803/14 -:2:- reported during the pendency of the writ petition, we close this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the police, if there is any further cause of action.
