JUDGMENT
The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of Ext. P2 application for replacement of the vehicle. The petitioner wants the vehicle to be replaced by a leased vehicle which is a permissible exercise.
2.
I direct the respondent to consider Ext. P2 application with notice to the petitioner within a period of three weeks. There is no necessity to endorse the lease agreement in the Registration Certificate as held in Ext. P3 judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
