JUDGMENT

The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of Ext.P1 application for permitless certificate. 2.

I direct the respondent to consider Ext.P1 application with notice to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. 3.

The above shall be done without insisting on the surrender of the regular permit.
