J U D G M E N T
Ashok Bhushan, C.J.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to the 4th respondent in view of the judgment which is being passed. 2.
Petitioner has come up in the writ petition seeking for police protection from 4th respondent. Petitioner's case is that petitioner was attacked by the 4th respondent with regard to which Crime No.1284/2015 has already been registered. It is submitted that the 4th respondent is threatening the petitioner and asking her to withdraw the complaint. Learned Government Pleader submits that police has registered a crime and investigation is going on and bail application has already been filed by the 4th respondent.

In the facts of the present case, we see no reason to issue any direction as prayed for. We only observe that in the
W.P(C) No.33738/15 -:2:- event any offence is attempted or committed by the 4th respondent, it shall be open for the petitioner to file appropriate complaint to the 3rd respondent, which shall be looked into and appropriate action be taken.
Writ petition is closed.
