JUDGMENT
Steps were afoot to appoint one attender, two peons and two salesman in the petitioner bank. The written tests in connection with the selection were slated on 08.02.2014 and 09.02.2014. It was at this juncture did one G. Abhilash Kumar preferred the complaint dated 05.02.2014. The first respondent has on the basis of the complaint halted the written tests by Ext. P3 order.

The copy of the complaint has allegedly not been served on the petitioner. Even the report of the second respondent dated 06.02.2014 referred to in Ext. P3 order was not served. The petitioner was also not heard before Ext. P3 interim order was passed. But then the complainant G. Abhilash Kumar is not made a party to this writ petition. 3.
Interest of justice would be met by directing the first respondent to pass final orders on this issue. The petitioner shall be served with a copy of the complaint dated 05.02.2014 and the report of the second respondent dated 06.02.2014. The petitioner as well as the complainant shall be

The orders in this regard shall be passed within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The question of jurisdiction of the first respondent can also be raised by the petitioner in the proceedings.
The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
