J U D G M E N T

The petitioner seeks consideration of Ext.P2 review petition, by the 1st respondent and disposal of the same within a time limit. In such circumstance, the 1st respondent shall consider and pass orders on Ext.P2, after affording the revision petitioner an opportunity of hearing, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation as to the merits of the case, which 1st respondent has jurisdiction to decide upon. Writ petition is disposed of.
