J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has undertaken certain work on behalf of the irrigation department. The petitioner approached this Court on account of delay in disbursing the bill amount. The petitioner had made a representation by Ext.P4 before the first respondent. 2.

Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to take appropriate decision on Ext.P4 without any delay at any rate within one month from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of, as above.
