JUDGMENT

The petitioners confine their relief to an early consideration of Ext. P6 petition. The same is filed purportedly under Rule 15 of the Kerala Municipality Building Rules, 1999. Ext. P6 petition pertains to the construction of a compound wall surrounding the residential property of the petitioners. 2.

I direct the Municipal Council of the second respondent Municipality to consider Ext. P6 petition within a period of two months. The petitioners or their representatives can appear for hearing. The Municipal Council shall issue a notice on hearing to the petitioners in advance. The status quo shall be maintained till orders are passed on Ext. P6 petition as directed above.

The writ petition is disposed of.
