J U D G M E N T
All that remains is the issue of a regular permit granted to the petitioner under Ext.P1 proceedings subject to the settlement of timings. The petitioner has filed Ext.P2 representation seeking settlement of timings in the circumstances.

I direct the respondent to consider Ext.P2 representation and issue the granted permit after settlement of timings. Every endeavour shall be made to consider the timings by convening a conference within a period of one month. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
