J U D G M E N T

The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of Ext.P5 representation. The same pertains to the construction of a waiting shed right in front of the Panchayath bus stand. The petitioner contends that such waiting shed is unnecessary and also impedes the car parking facility provided by him to the customers.

I direct the second respondent to consider Ext.P5 representation with notice to the petitioner within a period of one month. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition along with the judgment to the second respondent for compliance.

The writ petition is disposed of.
