J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is aggrieved with the non-consideration of Ext.P5 and Ext.P6 revision filed before the 3rd respondent.

2. In such circumstance, the 3rd respondent shall consider and pass orders on Exts.P5 and P6 revision, in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the revision petitioner, at any rate within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations as to the merits of the case, which the 3rd respondent has jurisdiction to decide upon. The writ petition is disposed of.
