J U D G M E N T

The Government Pleader points out that D3 circular of the State Transport Authority is being implemented throughout the State in phases. That is a matter which falls within the province of the respondent while considering Ext.P1 application for revision of timings. Ext.P1 application shall be disposed of with notice to the petitioner within a period of one month.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
