J U D G M E N T

The petitioners are aggrieved by the non-consideration of Exts P9 and P10 representations filed before the 2nd respondent. The petitioners seek expeditious consideration of Exts.P9 and P10 representations.

2. In such circumstances, the 2nd respondent shall consider and pass orders on Exts.P9 and P10, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. The petitioners shall produce a copy of this judgment before the authority. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation as to the merits of the case. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
