JUDGMENT
The petitioners confine their relief to an early consideration of Exts.P3 and P4 representations filed to revise the timings of the operation of their stage carriage service on the route covered by the permit.

I direct the respondent to consider Exts.P3 and P4 representations and decide about the necessity to revise the timings as sought within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. 3.
Needless to say that the petitioners as well as the other operators on the route shall be put on notice and heard in the exercise.
The writ petition is disposed of.
