J U D G M E N T

According to the petitioner, any proper investigation has not been conducted by the Police on Ext.P1 complaint preferred by the petitioner. On a perusal of Ext.P1, it seems that it cannot be treated as a complaint as there are no specific allegations to reveal the offences involved. In such case, it is open to the petitioner to file a proper complaint either before the concerned police officer or before the concerned Magistrate's court, enabling the launching of proper criminal proceedings. With the said liberty to the petitioner, this W.P.(C) is closed.
