JUDGMENT
Thottathil B.Radhakrishnan, J.
1.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the Cochin Devaswom Board. 2.After a pre-decisional notice, Ext.P5 has been issued freezing the activities of the Chirangara Bhagavathi Kshethra Upadeshakasamithi. Ext.P5 contains a clear statement that the President and four members had resigned. This writ petition is projected as if it is through the Secretary of that Samithi. Further allegations in Ext.P5 are to the effect that persons in office are actually hindrance to the activities of the temple. The decision of the Devaswom Board through Ext.P5 discloses reasons. The decision of such a nature which is intended for the better administration and appropriate
W.P.(C)34051/15 management of the temple does not warrant interference in such a situation. The writ petition, therefore, fails. In the result, this writ petition is dismissed. sd/- Thottathil B.Radhakrishnan, Judge sd/- Anu Sivaraman, Judge sj TRUE COPY P.A.TO JUDGE
