JUDGMENT
The petitioner alleges that the 3rd respondent is violating the conditions in Ext.P1 permit. The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext.P2 representation with the 1st respondent.

I direct the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P2 representation with notice to the petitioner and the 3rd respondent. The needful shall be done within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The writ petition is disposed of.
