JUDGMENT

The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of Ext.P3 objection. The same pertains to time slot allotted to the 2nd respondent for operation of a service. 2.

I direct the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P3 objection with notice to the petitioner, the 2nd respondent and other affected parties. Needful shall be done within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
