JUDGMENT
The petitioner applied for renewal of consent to operate the Unit. The petitioner submits that the inspection was conducted on 22.7.2015. The petitioner approached this Court for seeking an early disposal of Ext.P2 application by the respondent. Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the respondent to conclude the proceedings relating to the renewal application within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Till a decision is taken as above, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner for want of renewal of consent.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
