JUDGMENT
The limited prayer of the petitioner in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondent, before whom the petitioner filed Ext.P6 application seeking the benefit of a One Time Settlement scheme for payment of defaulted motor vehicle tax arrears, to dispose the same after hearing the petitioner.
2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.
3. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the Bar, I direct the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6 application preferred by the petitioner, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition along with the copy of this judgment, before the respondent, for further action.
