J U D G M E N T

The petitioner confines her relief to an early consideration of Ext.P1 application for permitless certificate.

2. I direct the respondent to consider Ext.P1 application and issue the permitless certificate. The petitioner shall not be insisted to surrender the permit (of which renewal is pending) as a condition precedent.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
