J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:

"i) a writ of mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents to initiate action on Exhibit-P1 representation;

ii) Such other reliefs this Honourable Court deems fit and proper to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Heard the learned Asst. Solicitor General of India. 3.

After hearing both the sides, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P1 representation, in accordance with law, after hearing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, at the earliest, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with a copy of this writ petition before the 1st respondent for further steps.
