J U D G M E N T

Petitioner approached the first respondent/the Kerala Water Authority represented by its Managing Director for extension of time to complete the work undertaken by him. Exts.P2 and P3 are the requests.

2. This Court is of the view, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider Exts.P2 and P3 and pass appropriate orders within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner. Till a decision is taken by the first respondent on Exts.P2 and P3, the work awarded to the petitioner shall not be terminated.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
