JUDGMENT

Ashok Bhushan, C.J.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned State Attorney. No notice is being issued to respondent No.4 in view of the order which is being passed.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition alleging police harassment at the instance of 4th respondent. Petitioner's case is that he has been unnecessarily summoned on 11.11.2015 and was asked to pay the amount demanded by the 4th respondent.

3. Learned State Attorney submits that the petitioner was never summoned to the police station and no complaint has been received against the petitioner by the 4th respondent. Recording the aforesaid submission, we close the Writ Petition since we do not find any case of police harassment. Ashok Bhushan, Chief Justice.
