JUDGMENT

The only grievance of the petitioner is that the amounts paid have not been given credit to by the first respondent bank. The bank undertakes to issue a statement of accounts to the petitioner within two weeks. The petitioner shall deposit the amount found due in two instalments.

The first instalment shall be paid on or before 13.12.2015 and the second instalment on or before 16.03.2015. The bank is empowered to initiate coercive steps if any default is committed by the petitioner. No further directions are warranted under the circumstances.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
