JUDGMENT

Petitioners were retired as labourers from the Regional Agricultural Research Station, Pilicode under Kerala Agriculture University in the years 2012 and 2013. Petitioners approached this Court on account of non-disbursal of pensionary benefits. 2.

Learned Standing Counsel for the University submits that on account of financial constraints of the University, they are unable to disburse pensionary benefits and they be given atleast six months's time to pay the pensionary benefits. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to disburse pensionary benefits in the light of Exts.P1 to P3, which shall be done within a period of four months. It is open for the University to pay the pensionary benefits either in lumpsum or in installment before the above period. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
