JUDGMENT

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner Bank and the learned Government Pleader for the respondent, apart from perusing the record. Since the issue lies in a narrow compass, this Court proposes to dispose of the writ petition at the admission stage itself.

Complaining of delay on the part of the respondent in considering the said application, the petitioner has approached this Court.

3. In response to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader has submitted that the respondent is willing to consider petitioner's Exhibit P2 representation in accordance with law. In the facts and circumstances, having regard to the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the

W.P.(c) No. 34434 of 2015 learned Government Pleader for the respondent, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, disposes of the present writ petition with a direction to the respondent to consider Exhibit P2 representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders thereon as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. No order as to costs.
