JUDGMENT
The petitioner was working as Principal of Travancore Devaswom Board College, Parumala. He retired from service on 31.05.2013. The petitioner approached this Court due to the delay in disbursing the retirement benefits.
2. It is now admitted by the petitioner that the DCRG Pension Computation has been granted and only increment arrears, promotion arrears and terminal earned leave surrender benefits are remain to be disbursed.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent that they have submitted proposal on 31.01.2015. If the proposal from 3rd respondent is received, 2nd respondent shall act upon that proposal and take steps to disburse such benefits to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
