JUDGMENT

The petitioner obtained financial assistance under the Integrated Rural Development Program for establishing a Bunk shop. The petitioner claims that she is a senior citizen and now she is threatened with eviction. The petitioner approached the Revenue Divisional Officer by Ext.P3, permitting her to continue with operation of the bunk.

Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider Ext.P3 after hearing the petitioner as well as the officials of the Integrated Rural Development Program within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Till a decision is taken in this matter, status quo shall be maintained.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
