J U D G M E N T
Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader.
2. This writ petition has been filed alleging police harassment by the Excise Authorities and mandamus has been sought not to harass the petitioners.
3. Learned Government Pleader, after obtaining instructions submits that a crime has already been registered, in which, the brother of the petitioners is arrayed as accused No.12. He submits that certain facts has come into light, which needs interogation of the petitioners. He submits that the petitioners have been called for that purpose.
