JUDGMENT

The petitioner is working as HSA Physical Science in an aided school. He was appointed as UPSA from 20.7.2007 onwards. While working as UPSA, the petitioner was promoted as HSA Physical Science with effect from 15.7.2009. By Ext.P1 order, the petitioner's appointment as HSA with effect from 15.7.2009 was approved. The petitioner submits that he is entitled for approval of appointment as UPSA with effect from 20.7.2007. Challenging the order passed by the authorities, the petitioner preferred Ext.P2 revision before the Government. Considering the pendency of Ext.P2 revision before the Government, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2 after

W.P.(C) No.34878 of 2014 2 affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
