2.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to take necessary legal actions including proper enquiry into Ext.P2, at the earliest. 3.
The writ petition was taken before the learned Single Judge, who passed an order on 17/11/2015 observing that the writ petition is in the nature of a public interest litigation. The petitioner, claiming to be a senior citizen and social worker, claimed to have filed a complaint on 01/04/2015, Ext.P2. 4.
The grievance of the petitioner is that his complaint is not being enquired into by the Director of Kerala Vigilance and Anti Corruption Bureau. In the event the complaint submitted by the petitioner is not being enquired into by the Director of Kerala Vigilance and Anti Corruption Bureau, we are of the view that the remedy available to the petitioner is, of course, to approach the
W.P.C.No.34694/2015 Vigilance Court for appropriate proceedings, as per law. It is not necessary for this Court to entertain this writ petition as a public interest litigation.
With the above observation, this writ petition is closed. (sd/-) (ASHOK BHUSHAN, CHIEF JUSTICE) (sd/-) (A.M.SHAFFIQUE, JUDGE) True Copy PA to Judge jsr/07/12/2015
