J U D G M E N T

The petitioner approached the first respondent by Ext.P1 representation seeking compensation on account of removal of row of stakes in the Chambakkara canal near Thevara Ferry. 2.

This Court is of the view that appropriate decision shall be taken by the 1 st respondent on Ext.P1 after hearing the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of, as above.
