JUDGMENT
The petitioner, aggrieved by non-implementation of Ext.P12 order, has approached this Court.

By Ext.P12 order, certain directions were given to the 6th respondent to take measures to protect water channel and other paddy fields surrounding to his land. However, it is to be noted that no date was fixed in Ext.P12 order by the Government. The petitioner, therefore, seeks a direction to the first respondent to ensure the implementation of Ext.P12 order in a time bound manner. This Court is of the view, appropriate decision shall be taken by the first respondent to implement Ext.P12 order in the time bound manner. Needful shall be done within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment by the first respondent to implement Ext.P12 order by the 6th respondent or any other person who are bound to implement the same.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
