J U D G M E N T

The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of Ext.P2 representation pending with the first respondent. The same pertains to the disbursement of the arrears of pension consequent to revision in the year 1997 for the period from December, 1998 to November, 2000.

2. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P2 representation with notice to the petitioner within a period of two weeks.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
