Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. No notice being issued to respondents 3 and 4 in view of the order which is being passed.
2. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking police protection for the conduct of the Annual Church Festival of Christuraja Church at Njarakkal. It is submitted that the annual festival is scheduled to be held on 21.11.2015 and 22.11.2015. The petitioner apprehends obstruction in the annual church festival by respondents 3 and 4, who according the petitioner were the earlier members of the managing committee.
3. Learned Government Pleader submits that there being annual festival, adequate police force has been made available to ensure maintenance of law and order.
Recording the aforesaid statement we close the writ petition.
