JUDGMENT

Ext. P4 application for temporary permit put in by the petitioner is pending consideration. The same deserves to be dealt with under Section 87(1)(c) of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.

I direct the respondent to consider Ext.P5 application with notice to the petitioner. The same shall be done within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

It is reported that the application for renewal of regular permit is pending consideration. The Senior Government Pleader points out that the same has to be considered in the light of G.O.(P).No.45/2015 dated 20.08.2015. This is a matter to be taken note of by the respondent while dealing with the request.

The writ petition is disposed of.
