JUDGMENT

The application for regular permit put in by the petitioner has been pending for long. The concurrence of the sister Regional Transport Authority has already been sought. 2.

I direct the first respondent to take the proceedings to a logical end. Every endeavour shall be made to pass final orders in the application for regular permit within one month. The files shall be circulated in case of meeting is unable to convene in time. The right of the petitioner to get temporary permit in the meanwhile is, however, left open.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
