JUDGMENT

The petitioners confine their relief to an early consideration of Ext. P4 and P5 objections. The same need to be considered at the time of issue of regular permit to the second respondent.

It is reported that the second respondent has already been granted the regular permit though not issued. A settlement of timings should precede the issue of regular permit also.

I direct the first respondent to consider Exts. P4 and P5 objections at the time of settlement of timings for the regular permit.

The writ petition is disposed of.
