J U D G M E N T

Ext.P2 application for renewal of goods carriage tipper permit in respect of the vehicle KL 59/A 498 shall be considered by the first respondent with notice to the petitioner and the financier within a period of three weeks. This is subject to the condition tht the petitioner makes available the relevant records necessary for consideration of the application for renewal of goods carriage tipper permit as sought.
