JUDGMENT

The second respondent Panchayath has resolved by Ext. P2 decision to construct an Anganvadi. The petitioners assert that the place proposed is unsuitable for the purpose. The petitioners add that quarrying operations are being conducted nearby.

The first petitioner has preferred Ext. P5 representation to the third respondent. I direct the third respondent to consider Ext. P5 representation within one month. The same shall be done with notice to the petitioners as well as the second respondent. The writ petition is disposed of.
